After Care:

Since your pores on your teeth will be open for the next 48 hours please avoid any, red wine, tea, coffee, smoking ,any tomato base food like pasta sauce. Anything containing food coloring.

 

How long does it last ?

It can last up to 6 months, depending on how well you follow up with the after care.
